Student Yazmin Gamble

PNWU College of Osteopathic Medicine | OMS IV

Coos Bay is more than home to Yazmin Gamble – it is the community she hopes to return to as an osteopathic emergency medicine physician. Working alongside unhoused neighbors and volunteering with the HIV Alliance deepened her belief that everyone deserves to be seen and treated with dignity. Returning home for clinical rotations strengthened that commitment. Now a fourth-year student and scholar of osteopathic principles and practice, Yazmin shares her enthusiasm for compassionate care while teaching first- and second-year medical students.

“I am honored to share in the goals and ambitions of furthering osteopathic medicine and serving communities in the Pacific Northwest.”
