Student Freddy Pascacio

Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine | OMS IV

Growing up in the rural Treasure Valley, Freddy Pascacio saw both the hard work of farming families and the challenges they faced in getting care. With Spanish as his first language, he also understood how language barriers could make that journey harder. Those experiences inspired his dream of becoming a family medicine physician who sees the whole person. Through community clinics, medical interpretation, and youth mentorship, Freddy is already giving back – and helping young people imagine their own futures in healthcare.

“As a future osteopathic physician, I plan to continue seeking opportunities to serve underserved populations, mentor the next generation of healthcare professionals, and empower young people to recognize their strengths and pursue meaningful lives.”
