Student Amber Jones
PNWU College of Osteopathic Medicine | OMS II
Growing up in the Palouse taught Amber Jones how much it means to have a community that cares. Amber hopes to bring that same sense of belonging to a future practice in rural or underserved medicine. At Camp Make-A-Dream and Camp Korey, helping children swim, create art, and simply be kids reinforced a belief that healing includes joy and connection. Whether mentoring classmates, supporting preventive-care clinics, or making flower bouquets for patients, Amber finds meaningful ways to help people feel cared for.
“Medical school is a significant financial commitment, and this generosity helps ease that burden while allowing me to focus on my education, service, and the physician I hope to become.”
